What time can you check-in and check out?

Check-in starts at 2 PM. Check-out ends at 11 AM. For your convenience, our reception desk is open 24 hours a day.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes, we have secluded luggage storage available. You may use it both before and after your stay with us.

How do I get to the hotel?

By car: Drive to Q-Park Grote Markt, the parking facility closest to our hotel. The daily rate is approximately €40. Within walking distance, you will also find Q-Park Torengarage (around €30 per day) and Q-Park City Parking (approximately €30–€35 per day). How do I get to the airport?

There are multiple ways to get to the airport. There is a direct train connection from Den Haag Central Station as well as Den Haag Holland Spoor to Schiphol Airport.If you require a taxi to the airport, please visit the reception or dial 1 + 000 on your room phone. We will be happy to arrange a ride for you.

How much does it cost if I cancel my booking?

For a non-refundable rate, we hold the right to charge a cancellation fee (100% of the total accommodation cost). If you have booked a flexible rate, we accept cancellations without any charge until 2 days (48 hours) prior to your arrival date. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a penalty fee (total cost of the first night, excluding city tax). Above is applicable for individual reservations (less than 9 rooms). When you have booked 10 rooms or more, other terms & conditions and cancellation policy might apply. For any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our 24-hour reception. We are more than happy to assist you at any time.

Which payment types do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept payments by cash, gifty vouchers, and cards, including American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA, debit cards, and V PAY. Please note that we do not accept cash payments with bills larger than €100.

Do you have any family rooms available?

Yes. Our family oriented rooms have a max capacity of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids). If available we’re happy to arrange connecting rooms for you. Cribs are available but the amount is limited, so please book ahead.

No, we are 100% smoke free.

Is there WiFi available in the hotel?

Yes, our free WiFi functions everywhere: both in your room and the public areas.

Can I bring my dog, cat, iguana or any other pet?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not allow animals in The Collector. However, assistance dogs are permitted, provided it is clearly visible that the dog is a registered assistance animal and this has been communicated in advance.

Are bicycle rental options available?

Accepted Answer

We have a limited number of bicycles available for rent. Some of our bikes are equipped with coaster brakes or hand brakes, include a front basket and gears, and one bicycle is fitted with a child seat at the rear.
